Since our inception in 2013, Sheer Sports has grown to a global management company representing elite athletes from four continents and working side by side with the best boxing promoters in the world to take their careers to the next level.

A Passion for Sports

At the helm of the team is CEO Ken Sheer, who, having grown up in gyms around Long Island, NY, fell in love with the sport at an early age. Sheer has a keen sense of fighters and the fight life and is very hands-on with the day-to-day operations. VP of Administration Irma Moreno. She is skilled and dedicated, with over 20 years of experience coordinating, planning, and supporting daily operational and administrative duties. Director of Operations Jorge Zarate is a PR and Marketing professional with 4- years of experience in related roles of Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Acceleration, Media Communication, and Social Media Strategy in the sports industry. Jorge earned a B.A. in Communications (Public Relations) from Cal State University Fullerton. Brenden Chambers (Owner of 4 Chambers Marketing) is a social media marketer who has created content that reached hundreds of thousands of people. He is working with Sheer Sports to grow the Social Media presence to attract large-scale brands, promoters, and fight fans!

Led by Experienced Athletes

VP of Sales and Marketing Lyle Green, a former amateur fighter himself, manages business-related activities in and out of the ring. Rounding out the team is Courage Tsbabalala, a former heavyweight contender from South Africa, who uses his unique perspective of life in the squared circle to serve as our head scout and trainer.
